Who Is God To You?
Is He A God To You Or A Father?

God is God to all but Father To Some
That’s why scripture says the God of all flesh is there anything too hard for him to do… He’s the God of all flesh but only those that are led by the spirit can call him father.

When the disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to Pray He started with “Our Father” not “My Father” … That is adoption has taken place already, the only thing left is the physical manifestation of it

How do I know I’m his Son?

1. Be led by the spirit Rom 8:14,15
Romans 8:14
[14]For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
[15]For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father…. You can only cry Abba, Father if you’ve received the spirit of adoption, you call him Father confidently not in fear but by faith and love through the Holy Spirit… Be led! Even Jesus “The first begotten was led by the spirit into the wilderness Luke4:1

2. Be Light: you are a son if you are a light because God is the Father of Lights… James 1:17
[17]Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning…. If he’s Father of Lights, that means you should be Son of Light “Matt 5:14 says we are light and not darkness
God has made us light that shines in darkness, light that brings other out of darkness to light

3. Believe the first begotten “Jesus Christ”: Do you believe in The Son John3:16? Because without him there can’t be adoption… It’s a process, you believe the Son to receive the Holy Ghost through whom adoption takes place
Paul said in Acts 19:2
[2]He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost…. You have to believe The Son then you receive the Holy Spirit of adoption.

4. You acknowledge him: Acknowledge him as your Father, Wake up to say Good Morning Father with a smile, start your prayers by saying Thank You Father, worship him by Calling him Good Father …. Jesus could have taught the disciples how to pray by starting with Our God or My Father, but instead he said “Our Father” that is he’s not just my Father but yours too, so be swift to say My Father when praying …

Jesus said in Matthew 7:11
[11]If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? … He give good gift to Sons, those that know him as Father, many people miss out of this good gift because they don’t see or know God as their Father… Call Him Father!

In the physical realm there are things Sons are entitled to and servants are not entitled to, there are places sons can get to and servants can’t get to… Is God just your God or He’s also A Father?
Are you a Son that serves the Father or a servant that serves the master?
