Jerry Uchechukwu Eze is a preacher in Nigeria who was born on August 22, 1982. Eze is the founder of Streams of Joy International and the leader of the online prayer meeting New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declaration (NSPPD).

Life Journey

Eze was born in Umuahia, the capital city of Abia State, on August 22, 1982. He was born in Okoko Item, which is in the Bende Local Government Area of Nigeria’s Abia State. Eze grew up in Umuahia. From 1991 to 1997, he went to Ibeku High School, Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.

Abia State University gave him a bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations, and Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT) gave him a postgraduate certificate in Business Administration.

Before he became a full-time cleric, Eze worked as a Communications Specialist for a World Bank study on HIV/AIDS and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Pastor Eno Jerry is Eze’s husband, and the two of them have two children.

Ministerial Journey

In 2009, Eze began his work at All Saints Chapel. In 2013, he started Stream of Joy International Church in Abia State, where he is the head pastor. As of November 2022, Streams of Joy has more than 13 locations in Nigeria, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The main goals of Jerry Eze’s mission are revival and healing.

“What God can’t do, doesn’t exist,” is Eze’s famous catchphrase.

At the start of Covid-19, Eze started a digital session called “The New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations” (NSPPD), which was posted on YouTube and other social media apps. The digital event grew to be one of the most popular ways to pray, with millions of views every day. The number of people who joined the live prayer session puts it at the top of several charts.
