Evangelist Tolulope Toluwase is a gospel music minister, Executive producer in multimedia (Audio, Video & Web ) and an Events Production Professional. He is also an Entertainment and Media Consultant, an ex-banker, social enterpreneur, public speaker and Founder of The MASS Movement.

The Mass Movement is a subgroup of the MASS Global Impact Foundation, which is located in Eti-Osa, Lagos, Nigeria. Tolucci has been the President of the foundation since September 2020, and he has been leading the organization since that time. An impressive 5,838 people were present at the MASS City Storm & Campus Choirfest, which took place at the Government Technical College in Osogbo, which is located in the state of Osun. At the time that the event was held in Ekiti State at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium in Ado-Ekiti, there were a total of 5,706 individuals in attendance. Moreover, the MASS City Storm reported that there were 7,396 individuals present at the Abeokuta Sports Club in Abeokuta, which is located in the state of Ogun.

From May 2005 to May 2015, Evangelist Tolucci held the position of Retail Banking Officer at Zenith Bank PLC Lagos. He oversaw the operations of the Lagos Central & Catholic Mission, Broad Street Branches, Marina, Oke-Arin, South-West Ikoyi, Ikoyi, Olosa, Head Office Annex2, VGC, Epe, Idumota, Ilupeju, and Head Office Annex2 in charge of funds transfer and relief. He was responsible for various operations at that organization, including cost approval and control, procurement, transaction authorization, and submitting returns to regulatory bodies such as the NFIU and CBN; monthly tax remittances including value-added tax, stamp duty, and worth of money paid to the payee; balance sheet, profit and loss, and variance analysis reports for the monthly performance review session (MPR); general supervision and training of branch professional and utility staff in fixed asset maintenance; disciplinary procedure for errant employees; and monthly S

Evangelist Tolucci, in terms of academic credentials, obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the department of Industrial Mathematics at the Federal University of Technology, Akure: 1996-2002.1996 – 2002. Mathematics application to numerous fields—including operations research, production management, data collection and analysis, military intelligence, finance and business, and more—is an area in which he excels.

Since September 2013, Evangelist Tolucci has also presided over the MASS Convener.

MASS, which stands for “Music According to the Streets and Scriptures,” is a yearly youth engagement platform that uses the arts, culture, music, and lifestyle to promote nation building based on biblical and theological principles.
