Isaac Oyedepo Resign Few Days After Being Appointed Global Youth Pastor By His Father
Pastor Isaac Oyedepo, son of Bishop David Oyedepo, has resigned from the Living Faith Church Worldwide, which is also known as Winners’ Chapel. Pastor Isaac Oyedepo was the church’s associate pastor.
His father, Bishop David Oyedepo, just recently gave him the position of Global Youth Pastor of the Winners’ Chapel Worldwide.
There has been no official response given by Winners’ Chapel or Pastor Isaac Oyedepo, and at the time this article was being written, he was unable to be reached by phone or text message since his phones did not respond to any calls or texts that were sent to them.
A few days ago, the Global Youth Pastor of the Living Faith Church Worldwide was appointed, and he has since resigned from the church that was founded by his father and has its headquarters in Canaanland, which is located in Ota, Ogun State.
At the moment, he is serving as the Senior Pastor of Winners Chapel International in South Africa.
The church claims that its Faith Tabernacle auditorium, which has a capacity of 50,000 people, was the largest auditorium in the world in 1999. However, other churches in Nigeria, such as the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, which was established by Pastor Paul Enenche in Abuja and the Salvation Ministries, which is owned by Pastor David Ibiyeomie in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, both have a capacity of 100,000 people, which means that they have surpassed Winners’ record.
Isaac, the second son of Bishop David Oyedepo, is claimed to have begun his own ministry with the goal of “rekindling the revival fire of God in the body of Christ.” Isaac is the second son of Bishop David Oyedepo.
It was he who said, “My God-given mandate is to reclaim a generation and to ensure that this generation sees the fire of God-revival in our generation.” He was quoting the other person.
His father, who served as the presiding bishop, had stated that his mission for the past more than half a century is to “liberate the globe from all of the persecution of the devil…and enrich the lives of the people.”
It is important to keep in mind that Pastor Isaac and his older brother, David Jnr., were both ordained as pastors by Kenneth Copeland in May of 2007. David Jnr. was the firstborn child in the family.
Since October 2018, Isaac has been serving as the Resident Pastor of the Living Faith Church International in Maryland, United States. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, which is located in the United States.
