Lawrence Oyor Gomba; Evangelist, Gospel Music Artist and Teacher

Pastor Lawrence Oyor Gomba is a teacher, an evangelist, a prophet, a speaker, and a Gospel Music Minister. On June 16, 1992, he was born as a twin to a Christian family in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Pastor Patience Oyor and Late Reverend Gomba Fortune Oyor, both ministers of God, raised him and his twin brother, Pastor Godswill Oyor.

Early Life

Pastor Lawrence Oyor went to (Nursery School and Primary School) when he was young. After that, he went on to (Secondary School). After he finished his secondary education, he got into the Nigerian Premier University of Ibadan to study law. He went to school at the Nigerian Law School, Adamawa Campus, Yola.

Ministerial Journey

Pastor Lawrence Oyor is also a prophetic musician. His revival chants and songs have made him well-known. “Bowl of fire” is one of his most well-known songs. It is said to be one of the most spiritually connecting gospel chants. Since he started his ministry, Gospel preacher Pastor Lawrence Oyor has put out a lot of powerful gospel chants and songs.

He is a young man who loves God with all his heart and leads a group called Davidic Minstrels. Davidic Minstrels is a worldwide movement started by Lawrence and Godswill Oyor, who are twins. The goal of the movement is to get people to praise God and show how much love and power he has. The ministry also has a church called the Davidic Generation Church. It was started in November 2021 and is led by Pastor Lawrence and Pastor Godswill Oyor. The group put out a CD called “Sound War 1,” which is full of gospel songs and chants.

The Lawrence Oyor Mentorship Platform is a program that evangelist Lawrence Oyor runs to help people grow spiritually. This is more than just a personal journey to help people grow closer to God. He is also in charge of the Battle Axe Retreat (BAR), a yearly meeting of Christians who want to feel God’s fire again.

Pastor Lawrence Oyor is married to Pastor Mrs. Darasimi Lawrence-Oyor (Nee Mike-Bamiloye), the woman he fell in love with. They got married on October 10, 2020, and on July 16, 2021, their son Elijah Lawrence-Oyor was born.
