Early Life
Theophilus Sunday was born in Dekina, which is in the Nigerian state of Kogi. He grew up in Kogi State, and after he finished primary school, he went to the Ochaja Boys Secondary School in Ochaja, Kogi State, to take his Senior School Certificate Examinations.
After that, he went to Kogi State University (KSU) in Anyigba and got a degree in Theater Arts. Minister Theophilus Sunday joined the National Youth Service Programme (NYSC) on November 5, 2012, after he graduated from college in the 2011-2012 school year. On October 10, 2013, he finished his year of work under the NYSC scheme.
Music Career
Minister Theophilus Sunday, also known as “One Spirit,” has been given a mission to bring man and God together in marriage, since man is the church and Christ is the husband man. His work uses worship as a way to help the church get closer to the Holy Spirit. Minister Theophilus Sunday is known as a psalmist, and his gospel dance songs are the same as Evangelist Lawrence Oyor’s. His songs are spirit-filled and stir every listener’s hunger for God.
